Maria Midttun is a Norwegian illustrator living and working in London. She has worked with the Natural History Museum, Studio Hato, BLA, Süddeutsche Zeitung, and independent brands and publishers including Neighbourhood Botanicals, Anthology Editions and Kiosk Books. She has delivered workshops at Barbican Centre, Winchester School of Art, and is a visiting tutor on the illustration course at the Arts University Bournemouth.

Since 2022 she has been running Cecilie Press, a risoprinting studio and small press.
